6-Ingredient Mighty Green Smoothie
- 1 cup brewed mint tea, chilled
- 1 medium apple, chopped
- 1 small cucumber, chopped
- 2 large leaves lettuce (or other greens)
- juice of 1 lemon (I used Meyer)
- few slices peeled fresh ginger (more if you like it spicy)
- handful ice cubes
Place all of the ingredients into the blender on high speed for 30-60 seconds, or until smooth. Pour into a big glass and feel the green power!
