6-Ingredient Mighty Green Smoothie

  • 1 cup brewed mint tea, chilled
  • 1 medium apple, chopped
  • 1 small cucumber, chopped
  • 2 large leaves lettuce (or other greens)
  • juice of 1 lemon (I used Meyer)
  • few slices peeled fresh ginger (more if you like it spicy)
  • handful ice cubes

Place all of the ingredients into the blender on high speed for 30-60 seconds, or until smooth. Pour into a big glass and feel the green power!
